Last month had its fair share of news.  Aside from the infamous pair of mittens, I’m certain I was not the only one absorbed by stock market news where millions of people collectively made small investments for personal gain.
There are widely varying perspectives and opinions on the events surrounding GameStop and Robinhood.  But one thing that we can all appreciate is the power of the internet.  The collective desire to make positive change becomes a vital force when coordinated.
Perhaps it is worth learning a thing or two from the recent events and translating them to sustainable energy investment.
Speaking of which, you may recall our webinar on this very topic back in September.  We are planning more webinars for this year.  Please stay tuned for this information in future newsletters.
The board of directors has been working on BCSEA’s strategic plan.  I am excited when I see how much progress we have made.  Members will be receiving an announcement in March.  As part of our network of action-takers, I’m confident that you will want to support us; please check your BCSEA profile to confirm your contact information and membership status, or become a member today.
