The BC Sustainable Energy Association is seeking passionate and committed individuals to join our Board of Directors.  BCSEA is a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to advancing British Columbia’s transition to a sustainable energy future. Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, we work to accelerate the adoption of clean energy solutions across the province.

Role of a Board Member

As a Board Member, you will:

• Contribute your expertise and leadership to guide BCSEA’s strategic direction.

• Strengthen organizational governance and decision-making.

• Act as an ambassador for BCSEA, helping expand our reach and impact.

• Collaborate with volunteers and staff to advance sustainable energy initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from individuals who are:

• Passionate about sustainable energy, climate action, and community change.

• Skilled in areas such as governance, fundraising, policy, communications, law, finance, community engagement, event planning, and IT (eCommerce, website management, etc.).

• Prepared to dedicate time to attend board meetings, participate in committees, and actively contribute to BCSEA’s success.
