Coping with Change: Facing Environmental Threats with Resilience & Purpose
Professionals who are working at the front lines of environmental change often experience complex emotions in response to climate, biodiversity, and pollution impacts. Facilitated by Dr. Robert Selles, this workshop explores climate emotions and practical psychological tools to move from overwhelm and avoidance toward resilience, hope, and collective action. Designed for professionals and learners across all skill and experience levels, it will be especially relevant for those working in environmentally related fields or personally concerned about environmental threats.
