The Vancouver Chapter is delighted to reflect on the recent success of its re-launch of Green Drinks. The Chapter is grateful to Mahony’s Tavern at Canada Place for their flexibility and hospitality as well as the conversation started by Lana Gonoratsky on ESG and the sustainable sector job prospects. The Chapter is already beginning plans on the next Green Drinks event in late spring. We hope to see you there!

The Steering Committee also has tentative plans to hold the Chapter AGM this April. Once a date is confirmed, an invitation to attend the AGM will be sent out. This will be an opportunity to see what the Chapter was able to accomplish over the past year, plus what its plans are for the rest of 2026. Vancouver Chapter is already planning how to assist with the provincial initiatives and annual events Energy Connections 2026 on April 27 and WiSE (Women in Sustainable Energy) November 5.

Finally, the Vancouver Chapter continues to hear from new and existing members to get more involved. The Chapter Steering Committee will continue to work to create new opportunities to engage and come together as a sustainable energy community.
