At the AGM, we will review the Society’s year-end financial statements and the 2023-2024 Annual Report. Members will also elect one new Director to the Society’s Board.

Participation at the AGM is open to all, however, only the Society’s individual and student members in good standing will be able to vote. The financial statements, Annual Report, and a Candidate List for the Board of Director’s position will be shared in advance of the meeting with all members.
