BCSEA is a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to advancing British Columbia’s transition to a sustainable energy future. Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, we work to accelerate the shift toward clean energy solutions across the province.

Role of a Board Member

As a Board Member, you will:

• Contribute your expertise and leadership to guide BCSEA’s strategic direction.
• Strengthen organizational governance and decision-making.
• Act as an ambassador for BCSEA, expanding our reach and impact.
• Collaborate with volunteers and staff to advance sustainable energy initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

We encourage applications from individuals who are:

• Passionate about sustainable energy, climate action, and community change.
• Skilled in areas such as fundraising and membership, communications, event planning, IT infrastructure (eCommerce, website management, etc.), engagement and marketing.
• Ready to dedicate time to attend board meetings, participate in committees, and actively contribute to BCSEA’s success.
