Katie is a Field Maintenance Engineer at BC Hydro’s Revelstoke Generating Station, supporting the reliability and maintenance of hydroelectric generating equipment on site. She joined BC Hydro in 2023 and has worked in field maintenance engineering, generation design, site engineering, and commissioning, building a broad understanding of the power generation industry. 

Katie is also a strong advocate for women in engineering, serving as co-chair of BC Hydro’s monthly Women in Engineering meetup and organizing the company’s annual International Women in Engineering Day event, along with other mentoring and professional development initiatives throughout the year.
