Born and raised in Kamloops, BC, I graduated from a bilingual high school and went on to earn two Red Seal tickets—one in marine and power sport mechanics and the other as a construction electrician. After over a decade in the electrical field, I discovered a deep passion for business. Working for various companies, I saw countless opportunities for improvement and realized I wanted to create a workplace that aligned with my vision.

For the past five years, I’ve been leading business develpment and am the acting CEO of Riverside Energy Systems. At Riverside, one of our goals is to be recognized as a preferred employer. We aim to cultivate an environment where like-minded individuals in the renewable
energy sector can grow their careers while feeling supported and appreciated—an ethos that challenges the norms of traditional trade environments.

Parenthood has deepened my commitment to meaningful work and strengthened my resolve to build a sustainable future, both personally and professionally.

I’ve always loved the outdoors and grew up playing hockey and soccer, fueled by sibling rivalries as one of six children. Today, I focus on being a dedicated father while driving Riverside Energy’s mission to create sustainable futures for homeowners, business owners, and First Nations communities across British Columbia.
